A studio for unique motorcycles

UNIKAT Motorworks is an independent motorcycle studio based in Wroclaw, Poland. Since 2014, we have been bringing together design, mechanics, craftsmanship and technology, looking at motorcycles both as machines to ride and as objects of thoughtful design.

We design and rebuild custom motorcycles, run a professional motorcycle service workshop, and develop our own components alongside a carefully selected range of parts and accessories. All of these areas come together under one roof in our Wroclaw workshop, where ideas move directly from design to execution.

UNIKAT was founded in 2014 by Grzegorz Korczak, a cinematographer and visual artist. His eye for form, proportion and detail strongly shaped the character of the early projects and the way the brand approached design. Grzegorz is no longer involved in the day-to-day running of the company, but that design-led way of thinking remains an important part of UNIKAT’s DNA.

For us, custom is not about changing a motorcycle simply for the sake of making it different. We look for proportions, details and solutions that work together as a whole and make sense both visually and on the road. Every motorcycle is different, so we do not work from one fixed formula. This approach has led to UNIKAT projects being featured in international motorcycle media.

Today, UNIKAT combines a design studio, small-scale production and a modern motorcycle workshop. We work with clients from Poland and across Europe, and collaborate with motorcycle manufacturers, importers and dealers. Whether we are working on a complete project, servicing a motorcycle or developing a single detail, we are guided by the same principles: design, quality, function and a coherent final result.
