Custom

Custom motorcycles

We don’t work to a fixed formula. We look for the right proportions, character and solutions that bring the motorcycle together as a coherent whole — visually, technically and on the road.

We can completely transform a motorcycle or refine a production bike with more subtle changes — improving its proportions, ergonomics, materials and details to give it a more individual and considered character.

Comprehensive rebuild

A comprehensive rebuild involves almost the entire motorcycle — from its overall form and construction, through the wheels, suspension and electrics, to the bodywork and final finish.

The original motorcycle remains the starting point, but the scope of the work allows us to give it new proportions, change its character and create a coherent whole, both visually and technically.

Refinement & personalisation

Not every motorcycle needs a complete transformation. Sometimes a carefully considered set of changes is enough to improve the proportions, ergonomics and character of the production bike.

We select components, materials and details to make the motorcycle feel more individual and refined, while preserving the sense that everything belongs together.

The scope always follows the motorcycle and the purpose of the project — not a need to change everything simply for the sake of change.

How we work

  1. 01

    Conversation

We start with you, the motorcycle and the idea. We talk about how you ride, what you expect from the bike, what inspires you and the direction that feels right to you.

From there, we explore the potential of the base motorcycle and together define a scope of changes that suits both you and the machine.

  2. 02

    Design & budget

We define the direction of the project, its proportions, scope of work, components and materials. Depending on the project, we prepare sketches or visualisations so that you can see the motorcycle before the build begins.

We then prepare a detailed estimate, giving you a clear understanding of the scope and budget from the outset.

  4. 03

    Agreement

Once the design and budget are approved, we put the key arrangements in writing — the scope of work, costs and schedule.

This means you know exactly what we will be doing to your motorcycle and how the project will progress.

  5. 04

    Build

Now the project begins to take physical form.

We bring together fabrication, mechanical work, electrics, bodywork and finishing. Some solutions are refined directly on your motorcycle, because only at full scale can we make the final judgement on proportions, lines and details.

Throughout the build, we stay in touch, show you the progress and make the key decisions together.

  6. 05

    Reveal & handover

Once the work is complete, your motorcycle goes through its final checks and preparation for handover.

This is the moment when you see the project as a finished whole for the first time — when you can finally see it, hear it and experience the motorcycle that has been created for you.

After handover, we remain available for servicing and ongoing care of your motorcycle.

Proportions define the motorcycle

Before we focus on an individual detail, we look at the motorcycle as a whole.

The line of the tank, the position of the seat, the size and placement of the wheels, suspension height and the relationship between individual elements all define its overall form and character.

Good proportions make even an extensively modified motorcycle look natural — as if it had always been meant to be that way.

Details matter

The character of a project is often shaped by the things you only notice when you look more closely.

Materials, surfaces, the way wiring is routed, seat stitching, mounting solutions, metal finishes and the way individual elements meet each other.

It is the sum of these decisions that makes a motorcycle feel like one coherent machine rather than a collection of added parts.

Questions

Do I need to already own a motorcycle?+

No. We can begin with a motorcycle you already own or help define the right base for the project.

Can you help me find the right motorcycle for a project?+

Yes. If you do not yet have a motorcycle, we can help determine which model best suits the project you have in mind.

Does every project have to be a complete rebuild?+

No. The scope can range from a carefully selected set of modifications to a complete motorcycle rebuild.

How much does a custom project cost?+

Every project is priced individually. The cost depends on the base motorcycle, the scope of the changes, the components selected and the amount of one-off work required.

How long does a build take?+

The timeline depends on the scale of the project, component availability and the amount of individual fabrication involved. We establish the schedule before the build begins.

Do you work with clients outside Wroclaw?+

Yes. We work with clients throughout Poland and across Europe. Where required, we can also help arrange motorcycle transport.
