There is no single 'best' motorcycle. There are many beautiful, fast, reliable, comfortable bikes, each with totally different functions and forms. You would like to have them all...

From today, you don't have to own them all exclusively. We can share these machines and the thrill of riding, and ultimately even profit from it. If you're reading this, it means, like us, you're a motorcycling enthusiast. UNIKAT Motorworks is our 'apple of the eye,' our passion, and that's why we want to share the best of it.

Everything we know about the modern world, business, and motorcycles makes us wholeheartedly believe in this concept.

We will expand the workshop into a closed, exclusive club based on shares in the portfolio. No more than 100 spots will be available as shares, and we will reserve 11 spots for honorary members – prominent figures in the motorcycling world and those important to the history of Unikat Motorworks. We believe that limiting the number of shares (much like bitcoins) will increase the value of membership, motorcycles, and ultimately benefit us all.

The plan is as follows:

We sell a minimum of 1% shares to one member, who becomes a shareholder in the Portfolio - its assets (today motorcycles). 1% provides 3 days a year of use for each of the motorcycles owned by Unikat Motorworks. The portfolio of motorcycles will change/enlarge depending on your expectations/our suggestions.

At the moment, there are 3 machines:

• the impressive Purest Cafe Racer, built on the foundation of the Triumph Bobber Black 1200ccm.

• the unprecedented 1/1 Scrambler, crafted from the BMW R 850.

• the collectible vintage cruiser with panniers and radio – Honda CB900 C 1981.

Should you wish, additional shares can be purchased to proportionally increase the number of days.

Membership in the club means:

The opportunity to use the portfolio of UNIQUE motorcycles
Priority in servicing and maintenance of your private motorcycles
Participation in premieres and other exclusive events that we will organize
Participation in the annual rally – a two-day celebration somewhere in a legendary location (e.g., a visit to the Brought-Superior factory with test rides, a trip to Wheels and Waves, dragster races, advanced driving skills training in Monaco...)

Influence on the motorcycles built/purchased for the club. After discussions with you, we will create a list, and through online voting, you will decide on the subsequent purchases of collector's machines. And then, you will ride them!

Access to contacts of other club members (who, rest assured, are worth getting to know and can be helpful in private or professional life)
The possibility of profitable sale of your shares
The option to winterize private machines in our garage (for a fee)
Door-to-door transport of private machines, detailing (for a fee)
Moto-concierge, meaning assistance in purchases, sales, test rides, etc.

Mutual benefits:

Our Unikat’s mechanics will get to know the motorcycles of club members better, so we will take care of the machines in the best possible way

We will thoroughly understand and take care of the collector's machines in the club

The cost of servicing or repairing private machines will be market-based, but we will better understand your expectations and pay more attention to loyal customers

This will be the first club of its kind in this part of Europe, which will undoubtedly echo in the press and media, thus enhancing the prestige of the members, the company, and the Unique machines you already own or will build in the future

Access to a diverse range of machines at minimal personal costs and no responsibility for maintenance

If, over time, we deem that a particular machine from the portfolio can be sold, we will try to monetize it as best as possible, and the profit will be invested in further...
